AVISON YOUNG: Indy is the Place to Be

Bill Ehret is a native to Indy with 33 years of commercial real estate experience. During his career, he has gained considerable expertise in the Indianapolis office market, particularly within the downtown core. Ehret is now working with Avison Young in Indianapolis as the Principal and Managing Director. Avison Young is a full-service commercial real estate service firm. Headquartered in Toronto, Canada, the global company provides investment sales, leasing, advisory, management, financing and mortgage placement services to owners and occupiers of office, retail, industrial, multi-family and hospitality properties.

The Indianapolis branch of the company has a strong focus on the local businesses growing in the city. As an Indy native, Ehret appreciates the growth the city has experienced and argues that the strong amenities, quality of life, and economic momentum makes the Circle City a solid competitor against other peer cities. Companies and clients choose Indianapolis because of the talented workforce, support from organizations such as Develop Indy, and the strong community. Through work with companies such as Avison Young, Develop Indy gives support to local businesses and pushes initiatives to attract new companies allowing for continuous economic growth throughout the city.
