Rick Rusch, CPA has joined M3 Ultimate Solutions as a strategic partner consultant and Founder of Secure ERP, Inc. Over his +2

5 years working in the business information technology (IT) environment, he has provided a variety of services to clients to limit technology risks associated with cyber threats while minimizing end-user impact and client expenses. He routinely reviews and analyzes vulnerability and risk associated with clients’ networks and provides recommendations and remediation to ensure secure technology environments.

He has spent 12 years spearheading the accounting and IT for one of the top law firms in Indiana, Cohen & Malad, LLP, as the Controller and Director of IT.  He managed the growth of the technology, billing and financial systems while the firm nearly doubled in size during his tenure.

He has Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Computer Science from Indiana State University.

Darryl E. Warren has joined M3 Ultimate Solutions as a strategic partner consultant and President/Owner of D. Gene Alliance, Inc., a business solutions company. This corporation owns the Indiana license of Crestcom International, a global leadership development firm. Clients include Fortune’s Most Admired organizations: GE, Microsoft, Ford etc.  However, the core representation of clients are small to mid-size companies.

He has 30 years of leadership experience in large organizations: ExxonMobil and Olin Chemical along with smaller materials producers which gives him a unique perspective in solving critical human capital issues.
