Carmel, IN (April 23, 2018) – Lauth Construction, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lauth Group, Inc., just completed its latest project for Fresh Thyme Farmers Market in Muncie, Indiana. Located at 511 W. McGalliard Road, the store is scheduled to open on May 17th at 7 a.m. The 28,000 SF facility will feature Fresh Thyme’s farm market approach to offering fresh, healthy food and produce.
Lauth currently serves as Fresh Thyme’s preferred developer in Indiana. The Muncie store marks Lauth’s seventh development project and 13th store for the Downers Grove, Illinois-based grocery store chain.
