Kids’ Voice of Indiana was established in 1985 in Indianapolis, Indiana, in response to a community and judicial need to giving children an opportunity to have a voice in court. The mission is to protect children’s best interests through advocacy and education by providing three main programs to serve the best interests of children: The Derelle Watson-Duvall Children’s Law Center, The Jenny Miller Safe Child Parenting Time Program, and the Bette J. Dick Guardian ad Litem (GAL) for Kids’ Program. Kids’ Voice is a 501(c) 3 nonprofit public charity, relying on donations and supporters to assist in continuing their mission and advancing their resources to help children.
