Lunch and Learn: Building a Coaching Culture

Join Andrew Black, Indy Chamber Member (and consultant) on March 8 at the Westin Downtown Indianapolis, for a complimentary and interactive Lunch and Learn Workshop. Andrew will talk about what it takes to build and sustain a coaching culture. Lunch is provided; the session is complimentary.

The session will include a live coaching demo (prepare to see performance improvement take place on the spot), a review of key pre-requisites for a culture that values and leverages coaching practices, an overview of skills required by a coach to create an environment where coaching can actually take place (and fulfill its promise to the organization).

Participants will leave with:
-A vision for what effective performance coaching can look like.
-An understanding of some of what is required to build a coaching culture.
-Hands-on practice coaching (and the opportunity to receive coaching).
-A better understanding of their own life goals (which are the foundation of a good coaching relationship).
