Indiana Statewide CDC & Huntington Bank provides SBA 504 loan for new business in pre-Civil War Indy building

A pre-Civil War business building in downtown Indianapolis has new life as home to Pinnacle Solutions, an insurance agency software developer. Indiana Statewide Certified Development Corporation and Huntington Bank provided U.S. SBA 504 small business funding for Pinnacle to buy and remodel the Stevens-Coffman building on the northwest corner of Washington & Delaware streets.
