Indiana's unemployment rate decreased .1 percent again in October to 4.4 percent, and remains considerably lower than the national unemployment rate of 4.9 percent. Indiana's total labor force has reached over 3.3 million. 

Indianapolis and Marion County's unemployment rates also decreased, both by .3 percent from September 2016.
