A Master Chef of Great Britain, Gosling is defining European flavor at the Columbia Club

INDIANAPOLIS – The Columbia Club, Indy’s premier business and networking organization, announces the addition of Master Chef Simon Gosling, who has been hired to lead and transform the Club’s dining experiences. Gosling comes to the Columbia Club from Scotland with more than 30 years of culinary experience and talent. He is trained in French modern cuisine with an emphasis on seafood and local beef.
