Human Capital Concepts (HCC), a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) and Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) company, will be hiring 23 new employees to join its existing team of 14. Between HCC and its sister company, ExactHire, 35 new jobs will be created. Combined, the two companies will invest up to $250,000 in support of the hirings as part of Indiana’s Economic Development Corporation’s conditional tax credits.
