As the Indy Chamber‘s role as the leading economic development entity in the region increases, the Entrepreneur Services division continues to develop its tool kit, making the Chamber a one-stop-shop for entrepreneurs and small businesses by providing much needed services and resources.
Providing free one-on-one business coaching in English and Spanish, access to capital, permitting and zoning assistance, MBE/WBE support, procurement assistance and more, a team of professionals stand ready to help launch, grow, or retool the business idea.
In June of 2014, the Central ISBDC region relocated to become part of the Indy Chamber’s Entrepreneur Services division. The Indiana Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) joined forces in 2015 to round out the portfolio of the Indy Chamber’s small business services.
The Indy Chamber Entrepreneur Services division is composed of the following individual entities all working together to provide small business support:
Central ISBDC focuses on advising small business owners and entrepreneurs in the areas of financing, export assistance, market research, innovation, and strategic planning
Business Owner Initiative provides coaching and workshops to small business owners and entrepreneurs as well as providing capital in the form of microloans
Central Indiana Women’s Business Center provides initiatives and services for women entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs
Hispanic Business Council works to better assist the Hispanic business community, by offering networking events to engage the community and help grow business
Indiana Procurement Technical Assistance Center provides assistance to all size companies in obtaining local, state, and federal contracts
