As women navigate the path to greater leadership roles, they are presented with the powerful opportunity to define and bring to life their unique leadership style and impact.
And we know that when women come together to collaborate with, learn from, and support other women, change happens for themselves and the world and teams around them.
The Advancing Women in Leadership program brings together a small community of women leaders looking to expand their leadership approach and impact. The central purpose of the program is to support and challenge women to proactively grow and develop themselves to be even more purposeful and influential leaders.
Program participants belong to a small cohort of 10-12 women leaders who are guided by faculty partners with extensive leadership development experience. Program content is customized to the development needs of each cohort and highly personalized so each participant feels challenged and encouraged through their leadership development journey.
The Advancing Women in Leadership program is deeply rooted in evidence-based leadership models and methodologies, including the Emotional Intelligence Framework. Through a deep immersion into their own leadership development, participants of our program build competence to handle complex relational situations that leaders face.
The cost of the program is $4,200 per participant. This cost includes tuition, learning materials, meals, and refreshments. Special accommodations for participants can be made on a case by case basis. There are no prerequisites to enroll in this executive education program.
