Bose Public Affairs Group LLC has acquired mCapitol Management’s public affairs business as part of the firm’s strategy to grow its federal, state and local government relations service lines. Veteran lobbyist Brad A. Queisser, president of mCapitol Management, will join the Washington, D.C. office of Bose Public Affairs Group as senior vice president, effective January 1, 2016.
