INDIANAPOLIS – There are just two weeks left to sign up online at a discounted price for the Indiana Youth Institute’s 15th annual Because KIDS COUNT^® Conference (BKCC) presented by Pacers Foundation. This year’s event will take place Tuesday, December 1 and Wednesday, December 2 at the Indiana Convention Center in downtown Indianapolis.
