INDIANAPOLIS (Sept. 29, 2015) – Four companies announced plans today to expand their Central Indiana operations, creating more than 150 jobs in Hamilton, Marion and Tippecanoe counties.

“Today, more Hoosiers are working than at any time in the state’s history,” said Jim Schellinger, president of the Indiana Economic Development Corporation. “By cutting taxes, reducing regulations and investing in the continued development of our quality workforce, Indiana companies are growing with confidence and creating even more jobs for hardworking Hoosiers across the state.”

DelMar, which has received support services from Purdue Research Park since 2009 as well as entrepreneurial support through the Purdue Foundry, builds software that organizes large data sets into problem-focused systems for clients across the country. ACE Technologies Quotes:

“Since founding ACE Technologies in 2002, we have enjoyed much success because of our employees’ skills, ability and commitment to customer service. Indiana has been incredibly supportive of companies like ACE, which are focused on growth in the software technology and engineering arena, which has encouraged us to focus on employee growth within the state,” said Andre Guillaume, president and chief executive officer of ACE Technologies.

“I welcome ACE Technologies to the developing list of companies that are selecting Indianapolis as the place to invest and grow their businesses. Our tech sector is thriving, much to the credit of our talented workforce,” said Indianapolis Mayor Greg Ballard.

CMTS Quotes:

“The key to our success will be placing quality people in positions to grow and excel. Of course, we have all of the best technology available, but that doesn’t equate to success if you don’t have the talent to execute through teamwork. At the end of the day, people are the greatest asset of Central Marketing Transport Services, and I am excited about the team we are building,” said Alan Wilkerson, president and owner of CMTS.

“Geography and infrastructure make our city a natural hub for transportation and logistics, and our talented workforce is helping Indianapolis emerge as a true leader in this sector. I am delighted to welcome CMTS to the growing number of companies that are choosing to expand operations in Indy,” said Indianapolis Mayor Greg Ballard.

DelMar Quotes:

“We are excited to be growing our software development firm right here where we started. Our growth is both because of the growth of the software products we have built for our current clients and also because of the increased demand for software development services across all sectors in Greater Lafayette. We are fortunate to work alongside many of the increasingly growing number of software and software-enabled businesses in Greater Lafayette and beyond,” said Mikel Berger, partner at DelMar.

“The expansion of DelMar Software Development continues the success story of Tippecanoe County, city of West Lafayette, Purdue University and the Purdue Research Park. It is a testament to our positive business environment, quality of life and the company’s confidence in continued success here,” said Tom Murtaugh, Tippecanoe County Commissioner.

“Kyle, Mikel and the whole DelMar team have experienced strong growth over the years and in particular the past couple of years with their custom software solutions. Their story epitomizes what it means to be an entrepreneur. They developed a strong product, and, through hard work, they successfully moved their innovation to the public. DelMar is a true asset to the Purdue Research Park, greater Lafayette community and Indiana,” said Greg Deason, executive director of the Purdue Foundry, an entrepreneurial hub in the Burton D. Morgan Center for Entrepreneurship.
