GREENWOOD - Greenwood-based Tilson says its 20th year in business has been one of growth. The human resources management company, which was founded in 1995, announced plans in July for a $1.5 million expansion at its headquarters involving 245 new jobs by 2020.

Tilson was founded 20 years ago by Brent Tilson, who is president and chief executive officer of the company. He says Tilson's growth reflects the momentum of the professional employer organization as a whole, including payroll, health benefits and other employment-related service providers. Tilson says the company is experiencing double-digit growth, which he expects to continue in the coming years.

The Indiana Economic Development Corp. offered Tilson more than $1.5 million in conditional tax credits and training grants, based on the company's job creation plans. It currently employs 75 Hoosiers.

Earlier this year, Tilson and the Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce partnered to unveil TogetHR, Through the program, the company delivers services including payroll, training, benefits and talent retention for the chamber.
