Horizon promotes Jim Parpart to Vice President, District Manager for North East Indiana

Craig M. Dwight, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Horizon Bank, N.A., is pleased to announce the promotion of Jim Parpart to Vice President, District Manager, for North East Indiana.

Jim joined the Horizon team in 2011 bringing management and business banking experience. He currently serves as District Manager for six offices. Jim is playing a key role in the integration and management of Horizon’s newly acquired Peoples Federal Savings Bank.
