Carmel, IN (July 29, 2015) – On July 29, 2015, Atapco Properties, Inc. (Atapco) broke ground on Carmel Lakeside Green, a 61,050 SF LEED redevelopment project. The new Class A office building, located at Carmel Drive and Guilford Road, in Carmel, Indiana, will be the newest addition to Atapco’s 35 acre mixed-use Lakeside Development. The project is slated to be the first new speculative LEED office building in Carmel and the first Class A office space built in Carmel since City Center at Penn in 2008.
