Interactive Intelligence Names CFO

Indianapolis-based Interactive Intelligence Group Inc. (Nasdaq: ININ) has named Ashley Vukovits chief financial officer. She has served in a variety of finance roles with the software and cloud services company since 2003.

Before joining Interactive Intelligence, she served in finance positions with Indianapolis-based Union Acceptance Corp. and KPMG LLP. Vukovits is a certified public accountant and holds a degree in accounting and finance from Miami University.

She has been treasurer for the Interactive Intelligence Foundation since it was founded in 2010 and will remain in that role. Vukovits succeeds Stephen Head, who is retiring as CFO.

The company will also promote Chief Performance Officer Bill Gildea to the newly-created role of chief operating officer.
