Indianapolis, Ind. – Mark Moulton, Administrative Director at Financial Center First Credit Union, has been appointed to the Indiana Credit Union League’s Central Chapter Board of Directors. The Board is composed of credit union representatives from Boone, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Marion, Morgan and Shelby counties.
