Indianapolis, Ind. - Financial Center Services (FCS), LLC has recently expanding its insurance agency by adding two new insurance agents, Jerry Sparks and Paige Kauffman. FCS is a Credit Union Service Organization owned by Financial Center First Credit Union headquartered on East 56th Street in Indianapolis
Jerry Sparks joined the credit union in June of 2014 as a Business Development Officer. In March he transitioned to his Insurance Agent role specifically serving Greenwood and the south side of Indianapolis. With over 18 years of experience in insurance and banking, Sparks holds several professional designations including Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC), Financial Services Specialist (FSS), and Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF). He is a veteran of the United States Air Force, the Air Force Reserves, and the Indiana Guard Reserves.
An active participant in the south side community, Sparks is a member of the Greenwood Rotary Club. He is a past president of the Franklin Township Chamber of Commerce and past chairman of the Franklin Township Relay for Life. He is also a Federal Journeyman and a retired Indianapolis Firefighter. Sparks holds his Master’s Degree in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
Paige Kauffman began working at the credit union in January of 2014. She worked as a Personal Banker before transitioning to the Insurance department last July. She recently earned her property and casualty licenses which allow her to service existing policies as well as sell new policies. Prior to joining the credit union, Kauffman worked with low income families focusing on economic self-sufficiency through her life, accident and health insurance licensing. She is an active member of the Old North Side Neighborhood and enjoys building relationships with the downtown homeless population through various organizations. Kauffman is a past member of the USA Women’s Lacrosse Team.
