At this year's Indy Chamber Monumental Awards, we'll crown the first-ever Entrepreneur of the Year. The deadline for entries to be received is Friday, August 16 at 5pm. For details on how to enter, visit the Monumental Awards entry page. Submissions will only be accepted electronically through drop box and MUST include this entry form.

*Submissions in this category are encouraged to encompass aspects of all three disciplines where applicable.
