Cancer Society & Indy Eleven Attempt to Break World Record on April 22

Posted by chamberadmin on April 14, 2017

On Saturday, April 22, Indy Eleven and the American Cancer Society will attempt to break a Guinness World Record by attempting to pop the most balloons simultaneously in one location! The current record is 8,428 – a sellout Indy Eleven crowd is 9500+ so we believe we can do it! The event will take place during half time.

Why are we attempting to break this record? Because when men and women are combined, colorectal cancer is the second leading cause of cancer deaths but it is the most preventable and treatable cancer! Screenings save lives – we are going to “Pop the Stigma” around colorectal cancer – asking folks to know their risks and be screened! There are five ways you can get involved in this epic event!
