Trenisha Jones serves as the Higher Education and Workforce Manager at Indy Chamber, with approximately five years of
experience in workforce development and apprenticeship. Driven by a passion for expanding career opportunities for Indiana’s youth, they focus on creating sustainable pathways that align education with workforce needs. In their free time, Trenisha enjoys getting lost in a good book or watching sci-fi films and series.

Connor James is the Career Exploration & K-12 Manager at the Indy Chamber, where he supports regional talent initiatives by strengthening career-connected learning and K–12 partnerships. He brings experience in experiential learning, community engagement, and program development across K–12 education and college athletics. Previously, he taught business and career exploration at Hamilton Heights Middle School where he created and led experiential learning programs that connected students to real-world career pathways. Before transitioning to K–12, Connor supported student-athletes at his alma mater as Academic and Career Development Coordinator at Southern Illinois University. He holds a Master of Science in Sports Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from SIU. 

Nicole Nemeth is an experienced business development and client management professional with a strong record of strategic communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational leadership across the public and private sectors. Most recently, she served as a Senior Public Affairs Specialist with the U.S. Small Business Administration, where she guided the development of high-impact communications and outreach strategies for a Cabinet-level principal. In this role, she oversaw national campaigns, managed complex travel and event operations, and traveled coast to coast in service to the agency.

Before joining the SBA, Nicole served as Talent Acquisition Manager at Valeo Financial Advisors, where she oversaw full-cycle recruitment, developed academic partnerships, expanded the firm’s advisor team by 25%, and built a first-in-class internship program. Nicole’s early career included notable achievements as a Professional Healthcare Representative with Pfizer, where she consistently outpaced division, regional, and national sales benchmarks, and she also held other leadership roles in client services, business development, and healthcare account management with MarketLens, IU Health, and the Indiana Cable Telecommunications Association.

The Indy Chamber has recently named Nicole as the organization’s new Director of Business Recruitment, where she will promote the 10-county Indy Partnership region to life science, food & beverage, automotive, and other high value industries in pursuit of new headquarters, production, distribution or other high-value operations. She reports to Jason Hester, Chief Economic Development Officer.

Nicole holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Purdue University, with minors in English and History. She is deeply engaged in community service, contributing to numerous school, parish, and nonprofit organizations throughout Indianapolis.
