Elias Seeman is the Manager of Strategic Initiatives for the Indy Chamber, where he supports special projects, key policy priorities, and the development of strategic relationships with organizations, partners, and community stakeholders. Before joining the Chamber, Elias worked in public relations at a full-service communications agency in downtown Indianapolis.

Elias is an active volunteer with his church and PourHouse, a local non-profit that assists individuals experiencing homelessness. When not working, Elias enjoys running, biking, reading, cooking, spending times with family and friends, and taking long walks with his wife.

Maggie Foley is excited to join Indy Chamber as Project Manager of Strategic Initiatives. Most recently, Maggie served as Coordinator of Global Partnerships and Travel with the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC) where she supported subnational diplomacy efforts, statewide foreign direct investment strategy, and Governor and Secretary international economic development missions. Prior to serving in this capacity, Maggie was a Governor’s Fellow for Governor Eric Holcomb, completing rotations in the Department of Education, Governor’s Office, and IEDC.

Maggie holds degrees in International Studies and Spanish from Indiana University. A lifelong Hoosier, she grew up in Martinsville and currently resides Downtown Indianapolis. In her free time, Maggie enjoys cheering on Indiana sports teams, running and hiking, reading, travelling, and spending time with friends and family.
