The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis is honored to be awarded the 2015 Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor®, the world’s largest travel website. According to TripAdvisor, this accolade is given only to establishments that consistently achieve great traveler reviews.
“This is a tremendous honor in which every employee and department within the museum should be proud,” said Dr. Jeffrey H. Patchen, president and CEO, The Children’s Museum. “Providing superior customer service to our visitors is a cornerstone of our mission to create authentic, immersive, and memorable family learning experiences. We thank our visitors for sharing their reviews. ”
TripAdvisor says Certificate of Excellence winners are determined by the quality and quantity of reviews and opinions over a 12-month period. The Children’s Museum has received nearly 1,700 reviews to date.
“TripAdvisor is please to honor exceptional hospitality businesses that have received consistent praise and recognition by travelers on the site,” said Marc Charron, president, TripAdvisor for Business. “By putting a spotlight on businesses that are focused on delivering great service to customers, TripAdvisor not only helps drive increasing hospitality standards around the world, it also gives businesses both large and small the ability to shine and stand out from the competition.”
