Tilson Names SVP of Business Development

Prior to joining Tilson, Hall spent 10 years working in the financial services industry, consulting financial advisors how to utilize an outsourced solution to enhance the investment experience for clients. Hall’s responsibilities included customer service, client consultations, account management, pipeline management and client acquisition. Hall previously spent 10 years directing a software company and managing employee training products.

“For the past five months, Scott has proved that he is a major asset to this company,” said Brent Tilson, president and CEO. “We believe that he will continue to exceed our expectations throughout his new role as senior vice president of business development. We’re lucky to have Scott as a key member of the Tilson team.”

Hall has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Indianapolis in liberal arts, with minors in business administration and history. On his own time, Hall enjoys attending his children’s sporting events and DIY projects around the home.

Carpenter has more than 30 years of experience working in the employee benefits industry. She is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management and is a board member of the Indiana Coalition Against Domestic Violence.

INDIANAPOLIS — Scott Hall joined the Tilson team in November 2014 as the vice president of sales. Hall moved to his current role, senior vice president of business development, in April of 2015 where he is now responsible for leading the sales efforts at Tilson and designing an enjoyable and efficient client experience.
