Salted Caramel, Reese’s, Blueberry Muffin, Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Strawberry Cheesecake. Our menu at Nutrition Hub reads like an ice cream shop or bakery not a health food shop!
The flavors may be sinful, but the shakes are not. Each protein shake has 200-250 calories, 11-15 g of carbs. As an added bonus, each shake offers 24 grams of protein along with 21 vitamins and minerals.
It’s really everything you need in a healthy meal. Our focus is on Shakes, Teas, and Aloe shots.
The shakes are creamy, filling and VERY tasty.More like a sinful milkshake, not a healthy meal replacement.
Our shakes are a way to get a lot of protein and nutrition in one meal with low calories. As we navigate through these unpredictable times, it is extremely important we all stay healthy physically and mentally.
The tea is not your traditional Earl Grey or chamomile tea. Instead it’s fruity-flavored that can be ordered hot or cold. It gives you energy like an espresso, but unlike espresso, it is a clean, no sugar, natural energy-no jitters. You can also add an Immune Booster full of Zinc, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, and Echinacea.
Aloe Shots, made from the aloe vera plant, is great for gut health. Additional benefits include soothing the stomach, relieving indigestion and supporting nutrient adsorption. Unlike some traditional aloe water, which can contain jelly-like pieces of aloe plant, our shots are Smooth and Refreshing.
In addition to the health aspect, the big reason we started the business was to build community. The location has a big bar so folks can sit and talk with each other and us. Plus we have comfortable seating, both at the bar and throughout the store. The atmosphere encourages guests to hang out as they drink their shake or tea. The curve ball since we opened as been the curbside, carry out, and delivery as COVID-19 slammed upon our nation. We continue to keep our doors open to help maintain health and immunity!
At a price point of $7 a shake, it’s a quick and affordable fast food.
