Indianapolis-based Well Done Marketing announced two additions to the team—Cathy Kightlinger and Caitlin Flowers. Kightlinger serves as a writer/producer crafting editorial, script, and advertising copy and Flowers’ responsibilities as the content specialist include drafting social media content and providing multimedia support to clients.

As a former journalist, Kightlinger brings a unique skill set to Well Done that includes writing, public relations, marketing, event management, community development, and brand awareness. In addition, she built a national media outreach strategy as the first-ever lifestyle communication manager for the IndyCar Series. Prior, she was a news reporter and columnist with The Indianapolis Star and The Chronicle-Tribune in Marion, Indiana. She graduated from Indiana University with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and political science.
Flowers has a background in video editing, filming, directing, social media, and marketing. Throughout her college career, she worked on numerous creative projects including Butler University’s “Be You” campaign, promotional videos with the Indiana Repertory Theatre, Spike Lee’s film “Headwear Game,” and a studio virtual tour video for Wiley Publishing. Flowers graduated from Butler University with a bachelor’s degree in digital media production and creative writing.
