Well Done Marketing Appoints First Vice Presidents to Meet Agency Growth and Client Needs

Indianapolis-based full-service agency Well Done Marketing recently created three vice president positions to guide the agency through its continued client and team growth. Sabreena Sorrell joins as the agency’s first vice president of strategic services in January and current employees Melissa Sunsdahl and Josh Apgar were promoted in December to vice president of client service and vice president of web services, respectively.

“While our experienced team of strategists, writers, directors, designers, and web developers, continue to solve clients’ needs with innovative marketing solutions, our vice presidents will focus on what’s next for our agency, including how to best create an atmosphere of true mentorship for employees as we grow,” said Lisa Sirkin Vielee, president of Well Done Marketing.

“Together with the agency’s creative director, this senior leadership team will ensure that Well Done is providing the best marketing counsel and strategic solutions to meet clients’ needs as we grow in key industries and add new services to our strategic marketing mix.”

As vice president of strategic services, Sorrell is responsible for the development and leadership of the agency's new strategic practice. The new strategic services department consolidates the agency’s public relations and digital strategy teams as well as provides additional customer and cultural insights to better serve clients as they navigate the competitive marketing environment.

Sorrell is well-versed in creative direction, brand development, consumer insight research, digital and traditional marketing, and strategic problem-solving in a variety of industries, including health care, tourism, manufacturing, and nonprofits. She comes to Well Done Marketing after four years leading the marketing and strategy services at TrendyMinds. Her previous experience also includes Pivot Marketing, Easley Winery, Herff Jones, and P.G. Adams. She graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor of arts in design.

With 17 years in the communications industry, Vice President of Client Service Melissa Sunsdahl now oversees the growth of the agency’s portfolio, maintains relationships with existing and prospective clients, and manages the professional growth of the Account Service team. In her eight years with Well Done, Melissa has held positions as an account supervisor and director of account service, and has grown a strong skill set in process improvement, strategic planning, management, and problem solving.

Newly appointed Vice President of Web Services Josh Apgar has doubled the web design and development team within the agency over the last two years. In his eight years at Well Done, Josh and his team have built more than 45 custom websites. They've also created web applications and campaign landing pages as well as provided ongoing web maintenance and consulting.

As a 2021 Indianapolis Business Journal “Fast 25 Company”, Well Done is on track to more than double its revenue this year. It is currently hiring for additional positions across departments.

“Unlike other agencies that often hire people for specific clients, only to let them go when the client leaves, we don’t hire for projects. We hire, nurture, and reward talented people with job security in mind,” said Vielee. “We’re continually searching for smart, strategic people looking to grow with an agency that does great work for clients doing good in the world.”
