INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (March 4, 2020) — Indianapolis-based Well Done Marketing recently welcomed three new staff members to the creative and digital teams. Joe Black has been named the associate creative director; Rob Peoni as writer/producer; and Eric Rees to junior developer.
These staff additions are part of the company’s growth plan to provide the highest level of services to its growing client roster, which includes NineStar Connect, DLZ Indianapolis, and INvets.
“We’re proud to have Joe, Rob, and Eric on board as we begin to help our new clients meet their marketing and business goals,” said Lisa Sirkin Vielee, president of Well Done Marketing. “Our success over the past 15 years is due in large part to our willingness to have honest conversations with our clients, even when it may not be what they want to hear. Every person we add to our team is passionate about smart marketing and public relations strategies and creating bold work.”
As associate creative director, Joe Black will supervise the agency’s creative product and lead the creative team on all projects that interpret clients’ and the agency’s strategic marketing plans. Black has an extensive background in brand development, creative concepting, art direction, and design. He previously worked at Indianapolis agencies Miller Brooks and BaM (Bradley and Montgomery).
Rob Peoni’s responsibilities include writing editorial, script, and advertising copy. A graduate of Indiana University, Peoni brings extensive nonprofit marketing and events experience to the job, through work with organizations such as Second Helpings, Big Car, Joyful Noise Recordings, and Musical Family Tree. He also has been a contributor to NUVO, Sky Blue Window, and We Listen for You.
In his role as a junior developer, Eric Rees will maintain existing websites and provide technical training for clients. He also will support the development team with website builds and other digital applications. After a career in copywriting and content marketing with companies including Pattern Magazine, Lessonly, and MilesHerndon, Rees decided to change careers and is a recent graduate of Eleven Fifty Academy.
