The Annex Group® Launches Property Management Services To Provide More Impactful Experiences

INDIANAPOLIS (February 23, 2023) The Annex Group®, a leading impact housing developer that creates workforce, affordable and student housing communities, announces today its new property management services being launched throughout the majority of its communities. The company, which has properties throughout the United States, previously exclusively utilized outside partners for property management services, but decided to take the service in-house to better execute on the company mission of making an impact in the lives of all who live in, work at, or are involved with The Annex Group communities.

“While we’ve worked with incredible individuals and organizations to provide property management services, it was a natural progression to bring those services on internally and manage property management ourselves in most cases,” said Kyle Bach, The Annex Group CEO. “We want to make sure the communities where our residents live provide the most positive impact as possible. As such, we have made some strategic hires and better educated ourselves on how to provide the best possible experience for residents, and we’re very proud of that. We know our incredible team will take on the task with the same passion they do developing communities.”

To lead the property management efforts, The Annex Group has made two notable hires and a promotion, including:

  • Jenni Yeagley: In her role of Vice President of Property Management at The Annex Group, Jenni Yeagley works to ensure a consistent, positive tenant experience for the hundreds of residents living in The Annex Group communities. In her almost 30-year career, Yeagley has built an impressive resume of work that includes collaboration with some of the nation’s leading housing developers and influential housing leaders.

  • Irene Slivka: As Director of Community Engagement, Irene Slivka holds the very-important role of ensuring The Annex Group is following through on its mission to provide a positive impact on the lives of residents. In her role, Slivka leads the effort in producing customized Community Impact Plans (CIP) for each relevant community. The CIP includes impactful, thoughtful, service-centered resources meant to assist residents in achieving their personal goals and elevating their quality of life.

  • Randy Morris: Now serving as Director of Operations for The Annex Group after being promoted from Director of Asset Management, Morris is responsible for driving the growth of the company’s portfolio of properties within the affordable, workforce and student housing industries. Morris is being tasked with keeping consistent, exemplary property management experiences throughout each community from The Annex Group.

To help fulfill property management tasks, The Annex Group has partnered with Yardi for compliance software created specifically for the real estate industry. The Annex Group officially began implementing property management services for select properties in 2022.
