Leadership Johnson County will host a Strengths Based Leadership workshop on Friday, October 11, 2019 in the Johnson County REMC Community Room from 9:00 a.m. – Noon.
The StrengthsFinder program identifies a person’s “Top Five” Strengths, suggesting roles and activities where one can find joy and satisfaction in their work. In this workshop, Dr. Carolyn Goerner, IU Kelley School of Business professor and owner of Practical Paradigms, will help participants take knowledge of strengths one step further by exploring how Strengths can be crafted into a leadership style. It is not necessary to have participated in an earlier StrengthsFinder program to attend.
Tickets are $49 per person for Indy Chamber of Commerce members. General public pricing is $59 per person. Group discounts are available.
This workshop is underwritten by Lake City Bank and Otterbein Senior Life Franklin.
