RealAmerica Opens Ritchey Reserve, Independent Senior Living In Fishers, IN
FISHERS, IN – RealAmerica Companies, known for building quality, attainable housing, has opened a brand-new product for seniors in Fishers, IN! There’s no huge financial commitment, no long-term obligation, and no added cost for services they may or may not need.” Ritchey Reserve gives seniors the option to choose their concierge services, allowing them to pick and pay for the services they will utilize.
Ritchey Reserve is located at 7889 East 106th Street in Fishers and provides 65 one- and two-bedroom units with 2 different open-concept floorplans for seniors 62 and older. All apartments include full-sized in-unit washers and dryers, luxury plank flooring, built-in stainless steel kitchen appliances with a range hood, quartz countertops, balcony or patio overlooking serene woodland scenery, upgraded soundproof flooring, ceiling fans, and outside storage. Other featured amenities include a dog park and pet spa, gazebo, raised bed community garden, fitness center, guest suite for family visits, community room with full kitchen for entertaining and a connected outdoor patio, adult tricycles, on-site library, coffee bar, and computer resource center. Concierge services include an on-site beauty, barber, and nail salon, on-site physical and occupational therapy, visiting nurse services, quarterly health and wellness screenings, coordinated meal, grocery, and prescription delivery, and coordinated transportation services.
