The Corporate Compliance Committee is a subcommittee of the American Bar Association’s Business Law Section. The committee aims to assist in-house counsel and compliance professionals in developing, implementing, reviewing and evolving effective organizational compliance programs.
Ed Broecker focuses his practice on corporate compliance and trade, corporate and board governance and business transactions. He represents a broad array of national and international clients with concentration in the fields of advanced manufacturing, IT and life sciences, sales and distribution and hospitality and gaming industries. Broecker received his Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Wabash College and his Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from Indiana University – Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
