Garrett Hutchinson is an intellectual property attorney who works with clients to build and maintain their intellectual property portfolios, including advising on and handling trademark and copyright registrations as well as monitoring, pursuing, and settling unauthorized uses of client property. He also negotiates, drafts, and administers intellectual property licenses for clients and assists in preparing valuation reports for tax purposes, assessing civil damages, and transactional purposes. Hutchinson holds a Juris Doctor from Indiana University Maurer School of Law – Bloomington and a Bachelor of Arts from Butler University.
Sarah Parks is a commercial litigator who has substantial experience in products liability and appellate law. In addition, she has knowledge of fraternity and sorority law. Parks has experience preparing for and participating in trials, including serving as second chair in a state medical malpractice jury trial, second chair in a federal civil rights jury trial, and first chair in several state level bench trials and small claims trials. She holds a Juris Doctor from Indiana University–Maurer School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Wichita State University.
