NAPTOWN FITNESS AND PRACTICE INDIE YOGA ARE NOW MYRIAD HEALTH + FITNESS

Major rebrand celebrates variety in services, diversity in membership, and multitude of wellness solutions.

In its tenth year of business, Indianapolis-based NapTown Fitness has announced its rebrand as Myriad Health + Fitness. Founded exclusively as a CrossFit gym in 2011, the company has since grown to include Bootcamp-style fitness classes, a full yoga studio (formerly Practice Indie Yoga), Nutrition coaching, Kids fitness, Longevity classes, and personal training services.

After a year of market research and collaboration with local firm CODO Designs, the new brand was unveiled to members during a highly-anticipated reveal event on Memorial Day. “By definition, Myriad means a great number”, says Jared Byczko, Owner. “Our next chapter as a brand celebrates the variety of services we offer, the stories and diversity within our membership, and the multitude of wellness solutions we can provide to help community members achieve their goals.”

With the release of its new brand, Myriad Health + Fitness is embracing the opportunity to lean into vulnerability and accountability when it comes to social concerns. In the last six months, the Myriad Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee was established to ensure that the company’s messaging, programming, and atmosphere better reflects and serves the Indianapolis community as a whole. “We recognize we have room to grow in promoting diversity, inclusion, and accessibility in our programs and spaces, and we’re actively committed to partnering with and learning from other community leaders in the fitness space to further these efforts in Indianapolis. We strive to embrace the unique stories of our members and to provide a safe and fun environment for all who walk through our doors”, says Anna Rode, Chief Experience Officer and Myriad DEI Committee member.

Myriad’s three-building compound, located in downtown Indianapolis at the corner of 10th Street and Capitol Avenue, serves nearly 500 members. Earlier this year, it was announced that Myriad is due to open their Midtown location at 3902 N. Illinois Street in early 2022 and promises to expand the reach of fitness services to the broader Indianapolis community.

Myriad Health + Fitness is always welcoming new members! Interested parties may set up a Free Consultation and tour by booking an appointment on the Myriad website.
