Starting the New Year in 2019 is super exciting in being able to expand in the West Coast to support a current energy client and new business opportunities with other clients in the area. M3 will still maintain the company headquarters in Carmel, Indiana.

The skill shortages are occurring more intensely out on the West Coast where clients have very stricture requirements with high standards for their human capital.
In the short period of time that I have been out in the West Coast, I have met several Midwesterners from Indiana, Michigan and Ohio. These professionals have high qualifications (certifications, education and experience) and they left for better opportunities which puts more pressure on the Midwest to maintain and retain its human capital competitive advantage.
The high cost of living is being offset by higher salaries to retain highly qualified talent. Being near the beautiful Pacific Ocean and Mountains provides a work life balance that many people seek in recharging their mental batteries.
