FRANKLIN, Ind. – Leadership Johnson County will host the annual Women in Leadership Workshop on Friday, February 12th, 2021. This full-day, virtual workshop will feature presenters from across the country who will focus on the causes and beliefs that drive our motivation for the things we do, the careers we pursue, and how we spend our time.
This hands-on workshop will be full of stories and activities to help you pause, identify your personal mission statement to find your why, and tactical ways to help you engage in purposefully living your why. There will also be time set aside for participants to meet in virtual breakout rooms and discuss what they’ve learned between sessions.
The event will be held via Zoom, from 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Tickets are $79.00 per person for graduates of Leadership Johnson County or Franklin College, Franklin and Indy Chamber members, and Aspire members. General admission is $99.00 per person.

Leadership Johnson County at Franklin College began in 1995 to promote community involvement and creative community problem-solving among people who live and work in Johnson County, Indiana. A non-profit, non-political organization, LJC has graduated over 750 people from its nine-month, Signature Program. Half-day and full-day professional development courses are offered through the LJC Select Series, as well as a Youth Leadership Academy to foster community leadership for high school juniors and seniors in Johnson County.
