INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (September 1, 2021) — Indianapolis-based Well Done Marketing recently welcomed Kylie Mihok as the account/new business coordinator, a brand new, hybrid position that serves both the Account Service and New Business teams. She supports the Account Service team with day-to-day management of multiple client accounts and works closely with Melissa Sunsdahl, director of account service, to generate and analyze new business prospects and leads.

Mihok has a background in research and database management, events, content creation, social media campaigns, and customer service. Past positions include serving as a marketing and events intern for brands, including Lucky Forks and Bumble.
She earned her bachelor of arts in communications and media journalism from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. She was a member of the women’s swimming and diving team, and was involved with the Richard A. Baddour Leadership Academy and Carolina Sports Leadership Summit.
