Katz Korin Cunningham Promotes Three Attorneys to Partner

Rachel Johnson is a member of the Firm’s Health Care practice group and focuses her work on health care litigation in the correctional setting. Additionally, Rachel is active with the Mock Trial Program through the Indianapolis Bar Foundation and serves on the Marketing Committee of the Firm.

Brooke Smith is a member of the Business Litigation practice group. She volunteers with the Women’s Fund where she is a member of the Sage Society member. Brooke also participates in the pro bono programs of the Indianapolis Bar Association. Brooke is also active in the Firm’s volunteer work with students at Arsenal Technical High School. Brooke assisted with teaching two sections of Law Education at Tech during the Fall 2021 semester and is currently coaching two mock trial teams at Tech.

Sebastian Spears is a member of the Firm’s Business Transaction practice group and primarily focuses his practice on banking and financial services. Sebastian is also an active volunteer with youth sports in Lawrence Township, including coaching, league commissioner and board member.
