Associate Adam Doerr will practice in the legal areas of business and commercial litigation and municipal law. Adam previously worked at SmithAmundsen, LLC and has experience representing a diverse set of clients (physicians, physician groups, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, insurance companies, small businesses and individuals) in a wide array of civil litigation matters (medical malpractice, premises liability, defamation, toxic tort, construction accident and premises liability). He received his J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law in Bloomington. He’s passionate about serving the immigrant community and is a teen mentor through Exodus Refugee.
Associate Taylor Hunter comes from Barnes & Thornburg, LLP and her practice will primarily consist of counseling clients and representing employers in a wide variety of state and federal labor and employment matters, including disputes and claims arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Acts of 1964 and 1991, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the anti-retaliation provisions of the Indiana Workers’ Compensation Act and other state and federal labor and employment statutes. Her practice will also focus on education law and representing primary, secondary and post-secondary employers in all aspects of education and employment law. She received her J.D. from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law in 2015. She’s a member of the Indiana Council of School Attorneys.
