FORUM Credit Union Places 14th on Indiana’s Best Places to Work List

FORUM Credit Union recently placed fourteenth among large companies for the Indiana Chamber of Commerce’s 2023 Best Places to Work. This marks the twelfth consecutive year FORUM has received recognition on this list. FORUM is also recognized in the Best Places to Work Hall of Fame. This designation is for companies that have been included on the Best Places to Work list for at least 60% of the program’s 18-year history.

On Wednesday, May 10th, 125 companies were honored at a dinner celebration held in Indianapolis at the Indiana Convention Center. Winners were determined based on an in-depth evaluation identifying strengths and weaknesses according to their employees who were surveyed anonymously. Winners were selected from four categories: small companies between 15 and 74 U.S. employees; medium companies between 75 and 249 employees; large companies between 250 and 999 employees; and major companies with 1,000 or more employees.

“It’s an honor to receive this recognition. This award is a reflection of how our employees take care of our members, our community, and one another,” said Doug True, CEO of FORUM Credit Union. “As a financial cooperative we strive to help our members live their financial dreams while creating a work environment our teammates enjoy and are proud of.”
