Indianapolis-based benefits and compensation advisory firm FirstPerson has named Mark Minner as its new president, and appointed Matt Henry as Chief People Officer and Alli Isaacs as VP of Client Experience.

Mark Minner joined FirstPerson in 2012 and most recently served as Chief Strategy Officer, a title he will continue to hold. Recruited directly out of Butler University, Minner rose through the ranks quickly, working in marketing, sales and advising before being named a managing director in 2016. A member of the 2019 class of the Indianapolis Business Journal’s Forty Under 40, Minner earned Employee Benefit Advisors’ “Rising Star in Advising” honor in 2016.

“Having succeeded in so many facets of our business, Mark brings a holistic, client-focused leadership to our team,” said FirstPerson founder and CEO Bryan Brenner. “He understands what will help our clients succeed and how to ensure that our team is structured and motivated to deliver the right solutions for each client’s unique situation.”

A 15-year human resources and benefits professional, Matt Henry will focus primarily on FirstPerson’s internal workings in his role as Chief People Officer. In his new role, the Purdue University alum will ensure that the FirstPerson team is equipped to meet clients’ needs and that the firm models the people-centric practices and philosophies it prescribes for clients.

VP of Client Experience Alli Isaacs has been with FirstPerson for five years, most recently as Senior Director of Sales and Advisory. The Butler University graduate’s success on FirstPerson’s sales and advisory team means she can help the entire firm connect clients’ needs with the best solutions, deploy the best tools and opportunities, and eliminate any barriers that might impede client success.

“As FirstPerson enters this post-COVID and more racially aware era, we do so with some amazing young leaders,” Brenner said. “The workplace is being transformed by these times, and I am excited to partner with these leaders to help our clients adapt and grow stronger in the days ahead.”
