LEADERSHIP JOHNSON COUNTY TO HOST DEVELOPING TRUST, EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE WORKSHOP
FRANKLIN, Ind. – Leadership Johnson County will host Developing Trust, an Emotional Intelligence workshop on Friday, November 8, 2019 in the Franklin College Dietz Center from 9:00 a.m. – Noon.
The session will focus on trust, a core component of Emotional Intelligence. Trust decreases turnover, increases innovation, and pushes individual performance. When trust takes a hit, so does business. In this workshop, we will explore ways to build trust with others. Discover your own 30-second credibility boosters and busters and learn to develop the five primary trust building actions.
Our facilitator, Professor Brenda Bailey-Hughes, serves on the faculty of the IU Kelley School of Business. She teaches leadership and communication courses and is the author of nine courses in the LinkedIn Learning library.
The workshop will be held at Franklin College in Franklin, Indiana. Tickets are $49 per person for Leadership Johnson County Signature Program graduates, Franklin College alumni, Franklin, Indy, and Greater Greenwood Chamber of Commerce members. General public pricing is $59 per person. Group discounts are available.
This workshop is underwritten by Vectren and Chamberlin & Taylor.
