DENISON PARKING ANNOUNCES ACQUISITION OF EZ PARK OF INDIANAPOLIS

Denison Parking is now the operator of EZ Park of Indianapolis facilities

(Indianapolis, IN, January 6, 2020) Denison Parking, an Indianapolis-based parking operator, has announced the acquisition of all EZ Park’s operations effective January 1, 2020. EZ Park of Indianapolis was the second largest parking operator in central Indiana.

“We are pleased to welcome Barry Widduck and his entire team to Denison. The EZ Park Team have been great competitors and we look forward to a great future with them.” says Jeff Line, President of Denison Parking.

This acquisition adds 12 properties and 5,000 parking spaces to the over 60 properties in Denison’s existing central Indiana portfolio of on-street, off-street, valet, event, and consulting services. Denison Parking is the market leader for parking operations in central Indiana; maintaining over 42,000 parking spaces in Indianapolis and supporting many of central Indiana’s largest employers, biggest events, and new construction projects.

Denison Parking is one of the nation’s most experienced parking operators with over 80 years of experience. Denison is in a growth spurt – growing 25% year over year.  Denison operates 71,000 parking spaces in 10 states. Denison’s combined ownership of parking facilities as well as breadth of experience translates into a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities clients face in navigating the rapid changes impacting the parking industry.

However, experience does not equate to “parking as usual.” Denison is deeply focused on creating value for clients by exploring new ways to engage customers and partners while providing industry-leading transparency and accountability.

In addition, the long-standing family ownership creates a culture where everyone, from the employees, to customers and clients are treated like family.

That is the Denison difference. Experienced. Innovative. Personal.
