INDIANAPOLIS – Local food start-up and delivery-only restaurant ClusterTruck today announces the addition of Kristi Kaiser, who will serve as the organization’s Vice President of Growth. Kaiser brings over a decade or previous experience at a national fast casual restaurant chain to the role.
ClusterTruck has seen rapid growth over the past year, with the addition of new kitchens in Castleton, Broad Ripple and Fishers in Indiana, as well as a location in Dublin, Ohio. Kaiser will play a key role in expansions planned early next year in both Indianapolis and Columbus.
Prior to joining ClusterTruck, Kaiser built and managed a team of 12 to execute local store marketing in more than 2,800 stores. Primary duties included overseeing the print and uniform vendor, leading new product tests and executing new product and menu launches nationwide. She was also involved with organizing the production of TV commercial campaigns and photoshoots with photographers and food stylists along with coordinating events. Kaiser is a graduate of Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management with a degree in Business concentrated in Marketing.
As Vice President of Growth, Kaiser will manage ClusterTruck’s sales and field marketing teams, driving top line revenue by implementing field marketing strategies and plans, supervising new kitchen launches, and analyzing ClusterTruck’s sales growth.
Kaiser was attracted to ClusterTruck’s culture and startup mentality, and aspires to grow the company exponentially in current markets and expand into new states. She previously worked for ClusterTruck as a field and marketing contractor with the goal to acquire new customers through local activations and boost brand awareness by increasing ClusterTruck’s digital footprint.
“We are thrilled to welcome Kristi to the ClusterTruck team as the new Vice President of Growth,” said Chris Baggott, co-founder and CEO of ClusterTruck. “Kristi is an exceptional marketing leader and will be a driving force for growth of the company with several expansions currently in the pipeline.”
ClusterTruck now operates eight delivery-only kitchens, including five in Indiana (Downtown Indianapolis, Broad Ripple, Carmel, Castleton and Fishers), two in Ohio (Columbus and Dublin) and one location in Missouri (Kansas City). At Clustertruck, all 100+ menu items are made to order and delivered within 7 minutes of preparation with free, curbside delivery.
