B. Media House, a Fountain Square-based boutique video communications firm, has rebranded to Porch Marketing. The rebrand signals a new chapter in the firm’s story, with a heightened focus on serving clients in the roles of strategic consultants and trusted advisors, underscored by the team’s long-standing commitment to client-centric visual storytelling. The brand transition follows the company’s acquisition of New Thread Films, an impactful pro-bono COVID video campaign, and two gold Telly Awards for the company’s work with local nonprofits.
“All my life, the porch has been the place where stories are told, character is developed, ideas are exchanged and creativity takes flight,” said Heather Brogden, Porch founder and principal. “As a child, my grandparents introduced me to female entrepreneurship, photography, and business on the porch of their farmhouse in Southern Indiana. And today, the porch is where some of our firm’s best strategic thinking, creative ideation, and professional growth takes place.”
“Since our launch, the Porch team has studied and developed a deep understanding of storytelling and the entire ecosystem of video production, as well as our clients’ pain points,” she continued. “Through this process, our own deeper identity emerged. We learned what we truly care about in this business – building long-standing relationships with clients, telling meaningful stories, and growing as both professionals and people – and through that, Porch was born. Porch is the place that holds our love for stories and develops our character.”
Porch was founded in 2015 and offers clients services include story consultation, filmmaking, video editing, animation, voice over, video scripting, drone photography, media room build-outs and photography.
