This virtual course is an excellent pre-requisite to our 4-day, Instructor-led, Human Resources – Fundamentals course that explores theory and application concepts in greater detail.

    • Reviewing key records, letters, and reports commonly used in Human Resources
  • Module 6 – Compensation: Basic Wage and Salary Administration
    • Building a broad understanding of compensation, wage analysis, and benefits
  • Module 7 – Unemployment, Workers Compensation, and Safety and Health
    • Examining Leave, Unemployment and compensation claims
  • Module 8 – Training and Development
    • Identifying Assessment Tools and Training Resources for your workforce
  • Module 9 – Employee Engagement
    • How to identify and manage Engaged, Disengaged, and Actively Disengaged Employees
  • Module 10 – Performance Management
    • Discussing the difference between Performance Management & Performance Appraisals and how to best use each
