(Indianapolis – Dec. 15) - Caldwell VanRiper, Inc. (CVR), an Indy-based integrated communications agency specializing in public relations, advertising, digital and social media, announces strategic changes and accomplishments in Q4, including the launch of its new website, new hires, and being named agency of record for two notable nonprofits.

Earlier this month, CVR launched a new website that reflects its reputation for delivering innovative, marketing solutions for the variety of clients it serves. The agency’s new website highlights its approach to developing strategic solutions, scope of work and services provided, and an impressive portfolio of work.

Recently, CVR hired Kelly Young, a seasoned PR professional with extensive work in the nonprofit industry, as Director of Nonprofits. Young brings in-house and agency-side experience to the firm, with a strong reputation of working for – and with, the people and organizations that enrich lives and make a positive impact in the community. This strategic hire is in response to CVR’s interest to deepen its commitment to nonprofit organizations.

CVR also hired Dustin Thompson earlier this year as Director of Social Media. Content creation and social media strategy is one of CVR’s fastest growing disciplines and CVR sought out an experienced professional like Thompson with more than eight years in social and digital strategy. Thompson returned to Indianapolis from Atlanta where he worked for Moxie. Thompson is one of 10 new hires at CVR this year.

Within the past month, CVR has been named agency of record for Gleaners Food Bank and UnitedWay of Central Indiana. Both of these nonprofits are vital to serving families in need in Central Indiana and CVR is proud to help them reach their fundraising and communication goals. Ryan Fireprotection also selected CVR last month as their agency of record.

“I am extremely proud of what our team has accomplished this year and look forward to continuing to deliver creative and strategic solutions for our clients.” said Kevin Flynn, President, Caldwell VanRiper. “We will continue to strive for excellence – as an agency, employer and community partner.”
