Lebanon, Ind. -- Tooltechnic Systems, LLC, dba Festool, ("Festool") today announced its intent to more than double its current facility in Lebanon, creating up to 55 new jobs and investing more than $6.8 million.

Festool, a high end power tool manufacturer, relocated its U.S. national headquarters facility from California to the Lebanon Business Park in 2006. At its Lebanon facility, Festool manages its sales and operations staff and operates a workshop for its distributors and end users.

"The expansion announcement by Festool continues to tell the wonderful story of doing business in Lebanon, Indiana," said Lebanon Mayor Huck Lewis. "I take pride knowing Festool chose Lebanon, and I am certainly excited to hear the company is expanding. I look forward to Festool’s continued growth for many years to come."

"Festool is proud to announce plans for the expansion of our US headquarters in Lebanon, more than doubling our current facilities," says Brian Goldthorp, CFO of Festool. "Our continued growth as a leader in the international premium power tool industry has afforded us the need to add more employees and space. As a family owned business, we couldn’t be more excited to continue this growth in such a fantastic community, and we look forward to continuing our partnership with our community leaders and Lebanon families for years to come."
